The ZDL file extension is created and used by Avery DesignPro, which is used to create printable labels and other similar templates.
The DesignPro software can be used to design CD and DVD covers and inlets, business cards and greetings cards, address labels and a whole host more. ZDL files are very similar to ZDP files.
